Punches Series #17

 Hi Everyone! I am back with another punch card. I used a large and small maple leaf punch to punch out the leaves and then I used the negative. I found a well inked baby wipe in my stash that I used behind the leaves. I think I had used the baby wipe to wipe up some spray inks. I made a Fall card even though September is still a summer month here, but we are getting a hint of Fall weather this week! I am looking forward to Fall weather for sure.

I found this fun background in my stash and I thought it would look good with my image for the water theme. I sponged some purple and blue inks on white glossy card stock and used a cloud embossing folder. The clouds were debossed. I then sanded over the debossed card stock and that gave a white halo around each cloud.

Off Set Stencil Technique

 Hello and welcome to my blog. I have not used the off set stencil technique in a long time. When I saw this technique on Gina K's blog, I wanted to try it again. I used Gina K's beautiful Snowflake Medallion stencil for this technique to make a Christmas card. It is never too early to start making those Christmas cards! The technique involves using white pigment ink through the stencil and then off setting the stencil a little and using another color over it. I used a light blue over the white on my card. I stamped the gift stamp 3 times using red ink, fussy cut them and added them to the card. The bottom gift was pop dotted over the others.

Hi and welcome to my blog. I am showing another punch card today. I love this pretty corner and border punch by Fiskars. It makes such a lovely frame. I used a newly purchased stamp set. I love birds and I love this one looking at the butterflies. I made this into a get well card. I try to have these on hand, just in case.

Happy Bird Day

Hi and welcome to my blog. I just love this crazy cat from by Penny Black stamps. I have 3 real cats and they all have crazy personalities. When I was making my card for the challenge I realized that the option was food and/or drink. Then I was thinking that this stamp may not be what you had in mind for the option challenge! LOL! I will just say this is for the Anything Goes challenge.  Anyway, I went with it and made a different fold card.
