Do The Polka

I made this card for the Impression Obsession challenge -- Do The Polka.  We were to make a card using dots. I used their cover-a- card dots background stamp and colored some of the dots with Twinkling H2Os. The balloons were also colored with Twinkling H2Os. Hoping everyone is having a good day.
