At Top Tip Tuesday they are celebrating their one year birthday with a blog hop and a challenge! Happy Birthday to you! I made a birthday card to go along with the theme. Birthday cards are my favorite to make. I used this sweet Tilda with her ice cream cone. The patterned paper is Basic Grey from the Out of Print pad. My Tuesday Tip is this -- I only had white Liquid Aplique, but wanted Tilda eating "blueberry" ice cream. After I heated the Liquid Applique, I colored it by patting a marker over it and then applied clear Stickles glitter on it.
