Welcome once again the the Sparkle N Sprinkle Technique Tuesday! I always love the effect of the technique I am showing today. It is the salt technique.
Supplies:
- white glossy card stock
- multi-colored ink pad in blues and purples
- salt -- I used sea salt in a grinder
- brayer
- water spritzer
- heat gun 9 ( optional )
Brayer color on your glossy card stock.
Spritz the card well with water.
Sprinkle the wet card with salt.
Let dry or use a heat gun a little to speed up the drying. Then wipe off the salt with your hand or paper towel.
You will end up with a sea looking effect. I tried this technique using matte card stock, but I like the effect better on the glossy card stock.
I hope you enjoyed the technique today. Please check back next Tuesday to see a new one. Have a great day!
