New Beginnings

Hello and welcome to my blog. I hope you are having a good day. I want to share with you a card I made for several challenges. I always enjoy using my House Mouse stamps. Isn't this little fella cute? He looks like a happy camper! At House Mouse and Friends and Basic Grey the challenge is New Beginnings. What better way to begin a new year by starting to eat healthy. This little mouse looks like he has eaten a healthy portion of grapes. I love grapes too! At Simon Says Stamp and Show the challenge is Something You are Known For. In crafting I am known for using a lot of embellishments and you can see I have used them again on this card! No card seems complete to me without them. Behind the mouse I used a die to cut from Basic Grey paper Euphoria/Trance. The TIP I am sharing for Top Tip Tuesday is this -- To show light hitting an object, add glitter like I did on the grapes.     Good Morning, April! Your round shape card is sweet! I have that image, too, withe the "have a grape day" stamp LOL It's always fun shading the grapes, and you have colored them beautifully! Love the pretty purples and greens together, with the hint of blue around the image. So pretty!
