Hi Everyone! Welcome to my blog. I have had such fun playing with stencil "printing" this week. I have made many backgrounds and I chose Tim Holt's Bubble stencil for the background on my tag. To make the background you use several colors of Distress ink and swipe them on the back of the stencil, spritz the colors with water and lay your card stock over this. You end up with a beautiful background! You can see Tim's demo here.
I used some recycled items on my tag. The butterfly was stamped on a piece of plastic and Mountain Mist velvet glitter from Sparkle N Sprinkle was glued to the back to make the butterfly sparkle!
I made a rose out of a scrap of light patterned paper to add to the bow at the top.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I hope your day is filled with good things!
