Hi! I hope you are having a good day. Here is another card using a background in my stash that I made awhile back.
I made the background starting with navy card stock and laying a flower stencil on it. I then patted my Versa Mark ink pad over the stencil. Keeping the stencil in place, I then brushed on white Powdered Pearls over the whole stencil. When the stencil was removed it left this shimmery design. The Versa Mark ink helped to keep the powder stay put. I like the misty look of this technique.
I found this bird by Royal King in my image stash. I added lace and a bow for interest.
