My card goes along with the bright colors theme. I used a fun stamp in the new Spring mini stamp set. There are 12 mini stamps with sayings in this cute set. You can see it here. I used an inked background from my stash that was inked on glossy card stock. I ran it through an embossing folder and sanded the raised numbers so that the numbers showed up white.
