Fall is in the Air

Hi Everyone! I hope you are having a good day! I am certainly looking forward to Fall. In some areas of the country the leaves are already starting to turn. We have a little feeling of Fall here today, cloudy and a bit cooler. I just love Fall and its beautiful colors. I only wish it would last longer! I want to show you a Fall card I made using Impression Obsession stamps, Cover-a-card Birds on a Tree CC102 and Leaf Scene G1310.

I just love this leaf scene that I colored with Spectrum Noir markers and pop dotted to the card.

I also used my very favorite embossing powder from Sparkle N Sprinkle called Copper Flame. I used it on the punched frame. I recently learned how to tie on a button this way using a cord. I love the look of it.

Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you have a fabulous day!

How do you do that button? I love it. Great card, love the background and the beautiful image, along with the Copper Flame punched border - so pretty!

What a beautiful card you have created with the cover a card and the leaf scene. Your copper embossing is perfect with the fall colors. Love the button embellishment.

April...love the card...that bird background stamp is beautiful...and I like the stamping in the leaf and coloring, nice focal point...and a cute way to attach the button, I will have to remember that!

Fabulous card and love that stamping on the leaf. Great way to tie a button too (I may have to "borrow" that idea :-) ).
