Patterned Paper #16

Hi and welcome to my blog. We have come to the end of Summer and the kids are back in school here! Where did Summer go? It still feels like Summer so I used this cute penguin, wearing his wave swim trunks, on my card today. I would love a bite of his popsicle, LOL!

I found another way to use up my patterned paper scraps. I used a one inch circle punch to punch out circles from various patterned paper scraps. I made a border with them on the bottom half of the card. I first placed wide double sided tape at the bottom of the card and laid the circles on top. This made the placements of the circles much easier. The image and saying (unknown) were pop dotted to the card. The stitched circle die is from Gina Marie.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day and stay cool!

I love this card idea. The circle design is sooo cute! I love that penguin. I have that stamp or something similar in my no-name stamp bag. I think it was probably a studio G stamp or something similar. Great job!
