Joan's Gardens -- Second Challenge

This is my second challenge entry at Joan's Gardens. It is such a dreary, cold and rainy day here, so this card has cheered me up a bit! We are to use Just Rite stamps so I have used my bird house again from the Bird houses set. This time I also used the frame from the Kindness set and a saying from an oval saying set! I stamped with Brilliance Sky Blue ink onto vellum and then embossed the swirls on the frame from behind with my embossing tool. I colored the bird house using colored pencils and Gamsol.  The border frame was made by a using Martha  Stewart Punch. I have really enjoyed doing this challenge.
