O is for Ombre

Here is my card for the letter O in my alphabet series. I used several of the Hero Arts Ombre ink pads to stamp the balloons. Ombre means having colors of the same tone that blend together. I just love these ink pads and how well they blend. I really need to use them more often!

My grandson turned three recently and we blew up about 30 balloons. We were so happy to see his excitement for them when he walked into the house. We all had a blast playing with those balloons for several days. What a fun time!

It's hard to believe he's 3 already. I'll bet he loved the balloons on your card. Very unique idea to make umbrella on the balloons.
