Love the blue and white and the pearls make it seem like a little snow storm.
How pretty your dimensions are on this medallion, April - especially offset with the glittery blue panel behind! The pearls are a nice touch - I can feel the snow swirling! You used the dry embossed technique with the glitter! Wow!
