Hi and welcome to my blog. I am showing a card today using Penny Black stamps. The images were colored with alcohol markers. I used plaid patterned paper on the card corners and used some skinny metallic washi tape to accent the edges of the paper. The saying is a sticker. The dots were made by using an old Stampin' Up stamp.

Many Ways to Color #14 - Tombow Markers
Welcome back to my color series! I was quite surprised to see how well the Tombow markers blended. I was expecting to see more of a line distinction between the colors. I found that I had to work quickly between using the colors and that my markers needed to be juicy. I started with the darker color and used the next lighter color starting over the darker color and pulling it out with the lighter marker.

Many Ways to Color #13 - Finger dauber coloring
Hi and welcome to my blog! I made a shaker card today using a small ziplock bag behind the die in the corner to put my shakers in. This way the card is flat to go through the mail. I also pulled out my finger daubers to color my images. I used Distress Oxide inks and dabbed the colors directly onto the pear rubber stamp and then stamped it onto the card. The daubers helped to blend the colors well. I stamped the pear again in the same manner, fussy cut it and pop dotted it beside the other pear.

Jeweled Seashell
Hi and welcome to my blog. I am showing a card today that I made using a seashell die. I cut the seashell from cream card stock and laid it on some double sided sticky papaer. I cut around the die and then after peeling off the top layer of the sticky paper I stuck the shell onto the paper. I added sand and pebbles to the openings in the shell. The background was made by using the smooshing technique through alcohol inks that were on my craft sheet. I used the sea kelp stamp to add to the background.
