Something New and a Bargain!

I enjoyed making this "springy" card on such a dreary day here! For the Penny Black challenge we were to use something that we found at a bargain and for the Basic Grey challenge we were to use something new. So I used the wooden flower that I recently purchased at a bargain price! My papers are from the Basic Grey -- Sweet Threads pack. I just love this Penny Black hedgehog stamp!

Great idea! I had the wood bird cages from that line in my basket yesterday, and then put them back, as I was not sure how they would look on a card. Bad move on my part, right? Your card looks fabulous with its bright colors and the wood element, April!

What an adorable image! There's something especially sweet about hedgehogs. And what a fabulous flower! I've never seen one like that. It works wonderfully on your card.
